🕒 Shipping Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and seller’s warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Rural / Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

💰 Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery: Available on most items across India.
- Charged Delivery: A few products may include a minimal delivery fee, which will be displayed on the product detail page and during checkout.
- No Hidden Charges: The price you see at checkout is the final price.
🧾 Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is confirmed:
- Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking ID and courier details.
- You can track your order anytime using the Track Order page or the courier’s tracking portal.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or location.
You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to the seller.
Re-delivery can be arranged upon request — additional charges may apply in such cases.

🧾 Damaged or Missing Orders
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product:
- Report it to us within 24 hours of delivery via contact@shoptop.in.
- Provide order details and clear images for verification.
Our support team will review the case and resolve it as per our Return & Refund Policy.
❌ Non-Deliverable Areas
Some areas may not be serviceable due to courier restrictions. In such cases:
- You’ll be notified before dispatch.
- You can choose an alternative address or receive a full refund.
