At ShopTop, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make every shopping experience smooth and trustworthy. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for purchases made on www.shoptop.in and the ShopTop mobile app.
🛍️ General Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window for most products from the date of delivery.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days for a refund or replacement, subject to the product’s individual return policy.
📌 Note: The specific return or refund eligibility for each product will be clearly mentioned on its respective product page.
📦 Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
- Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, innerwear, etc.)
- Perishable or consumable products (e.g., food, beverages).
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
🚚 Return Process
- Go to My Orders in your ShopTop account.
- Select the product you wish to return.
- Click Request Return and choose the reason.
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
- Once approved, the product will be picked up by our courier partner.
Please ensure the item is securely packed for return pickup. Products damaged during return transit may not be eligible for refund.
💳 Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you via email or SMS regarding the status of your return.
- Process refunds within 3-5 business days after approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used at checkout.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank transfer.
📌 Some products may have different refund timelines or conditions, which will be mentioned clearly on their product pages.
🔁 Replacement Policy
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you can request a replacement within 7 days.
Replacement depends on stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.
⚠️ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are excluded from return or refund due to their nature, such as:
- Perishable goods
- Intimate apparel and undergarments
- Health and hygiene products
- Gift cards or digital goods
Custom or made-to-order items

🧾 Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from the seller’s warehouse.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed; however, you can raise a return request after delivery.
- In case of a cancellation, the refund (if any) will be processed within 3-5 business days.
🛡️ Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:
- Report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
